June Edition - 2026

June arrives with longer days, slower mornings, and a renewed invitation to gather. At Artsy, we've always believed that meaningful experiences are built through shared moments.

This month, we're opening our doors a little wider. From workshops that encourage new perspectives to community gatherings designed to bring people together, June is about exploration, creativity, and connection.

As always, we're excited to share what we're brewing, creating, and celebrating with you.

Welcome to Brewing at Artsy - beyond the cup.

FEATURED ARTIST

DEBDUTTA GUPTA

I Learned the River Before I Saw It

I Learned the River Before I Saw It invites the viewer into a state of creative drifting—suspending us between past and present, between the tangible material of the print and the fluid nature of memory. Gupta’s boats are vessels of displacement and discovery, carrying the viewer across threshold after threshold.

As a curator, it is a privilege to present a vision that handles tradition not as a static relic, but as a living, breathing current. Each piece in this collection is a crossing—a quiet, powerful navigation shaped by everything the artist has known, and everything he continues to imagine.

Date:

9 June - 20 July 2026

Coffee has always been at the heart of Artsy, and this month we're excited to host the third edition of Tastemakers, our ongoing series celebrating the craft and culture of specialty coffee.

On 7 June, participants will embark on an interactive journey through the world of specialty coffee. Guided by our brewing team, the workshop will explore origins, flavour profiles, brewing techniques, and the subtle nuances that shape every cup.

Designed for both curious beginners and seasoned coffee lovers, the session offers an opportunity to slow down, learn, and experience coffee more intentionally.

Book Launch

Artsy welcomes The Kitaab Club for the Kolkata launch of
The Girls Are Not Fine by Harnidh Kaur.

Known as a poet, writer, and trusted voice for young women online, Harnidh brings together personal stories, cultural insights, and thoughtful reflections in a book that explores what often lies beneath the words, "I'm fine."'
